  • How do I earn a stamp?

    Show your card during check-in for each ride.

  • How do I redeem a reward?

    We’ll notify you when you qualify. Just show your card and claim your perk!

  • How do I use my stamps?

    Show your digital punch card at check-in to redeem your available rewards.

  • How do I redeem a reward?

    Show your digital punch card at the dock when checking in. Our crew will apply the available reward before your ride begins.

  • Can I use more than one reward at a time?

    No. Only one reward may be redeemed per booking. 

  • Can someone else use my stamps?

    No, stamps are non-transferable and tied to your rider profile.

  • Where can I track my stamps and rewards?

    You’ll receive a personalized link via text. Simply tap to view your current stamp progress and eligible perks. You’ll also receive a confirmation text when you hit a reward milestone.

  • When do stamps expire?

    Stamps do not expire, but rewards may change over time. We recommend using them while they’re active.

  • What if I forget to scan my card?

    Stamps are only awarded at the time of check-in. Don’t worry — your QR code is easy to access and scan each visit.
